  發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中突然熄火是指發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作時(shí),在未松開油門的情況下,非駕駛員操作因素而急速熄火,熄火后不能再起動(dòng)的現(xiàn)象。該現(xiàn)象一般為機(jī)械故障所致。

  ⑴ 原因

  ① 噴油泵驅(qū)動(dòng)齒斷、傳動(dòng)齒輪故障。

  ② 噴油泵軸斷。

  ③ 發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)部運(yùn)動(dòng)件卡死。

  ④ 噴油泵操縱拉桿及連接銷脫落。

  ⑵ 診斷與處理方法

  柴油機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中突然熄火主要是由噴油泵斷油故障引起的,其次才是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)部卡死所致。當(dāng)遇到此現(xiàn)象時(shí),首先檢查噴油泵是否轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)和供油。

  ① 用起動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),若能正常轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),觀察噴油泵凸輪軸是否轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),若轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)正常,說明噴油泵有故障。應(yīng)檢查操縱機(jī)構(gòu)的工作是否正常。可扳動(dòng)油門桿件查看操縱臂、操縱軸的聯(lián)接是否良好。

  ② 如果噴油泵凸輪軸不轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),則是凸輪軸齒輪緊固螺栓松脫、凸輪軸斷或齒輪室中的齒輪故障。

  ③ 若起動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)不能運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),則說明是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)部故障。如活塞與氣缸之間卡死,曲軸與軸承咬死,噴油泵柱塞卡死及配氣機(jī)構(gòu)的機(jī)械故障等。在正常情況下先應(yīng)打開氣門室罩檢查。如果運(yùn)行中從儀表上反映機(jī)油壓力過低或溫度過高,則需直接針對(duì)具體情況進(jìn)行檢修。

  ⑴原因

  ① 首先檢查油箱是否有油、油箱蓋通氣閥門是否暢通。

  ② 擰松噴油泵放氣螺釘,用手油泵泵油,觀察放氣螺釘處的流油情況。若無油流出即是油路堵塞,應(yīng)逐段檢查、排除。若柴油以噴柱形狀射出,則說明油路暢通。若放氣螺釘處有氣泡冒出,則是管路中進(jìn)入空氣,應(yīng)查明油管各接頭是否擰緊、管路有無裂紋或磨穿,并排除所發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題。

  ③若油流中無氣泡,可將手油泵回位固定,使用起動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)泵油,若仍無油流出,說明輸油泵有故障。
