1、利用專用的故障檢測儀(博世KTS510F 深圳元征X—431)

2、專用診斷儀診斷連接線口目前有兩種:一種是長方形的,16針接線(國際標準)。另一種是圓形的。其中,圓形的診斷接口是各汽車廠家普遍采用的,圓形的診斷接口通常是3條線連線:1是正極,2是負極,8是診斷通訊線,并且與控制單元ECU的K25是對應引腳線。如果連接專用診斷儀后,不能建立診斷通訊,要詳細檢查診斷接口K8引腳線的通訊狀態(tài),如果K8不能建立診斷通訊,說明K8引腳線出現開路、短路的現象,可以直接從控制單元ECU的K25引出連線,并且從整車的主繼電器引出正極和負極,并與專用診斷儀的K8、1、2相連,即可診斷故障。

3、在進入讀取故障碼的存儲模塊以后,首先要刪除一下控制單元ECU故障碼。

4、因為控制單元ECU的故障編碼有時是虛擬的,只要刪除一下,原來虛擬的故障碼就不存在了。剩下的故障碼就是當前存在的真實故障碼。
